LAXTEC is responsible for the operation and maintenance of Outbound and Inbound Baggage Handling Systems of the Tom Bradley International Terminal and Terminal 5.

LAXTEC is responsible for the maintenance services of the 400hz Ground Power Systems (GPU) at the Tom Bradley International Terminal, Terminal 5, and the Remote Gates.

LAXTEC provides Janitorial and Custodial services to select areas of the Tom Bradley International Terminal and Terminal 5.
Passenger Boarding Bridges
Passenger Boarding Bridges
LAXTEC is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all Passenger Boarding Bridges of the Tom Bradley International Terminal, West Gates, Terminal 5 and the Remote Gates of LAX. The Passenger Boarding Bridges consist of 3 different manufacturers and include some of the most advanced category VI gates available.
Potable Water Cabinets (PWC)
Potable Water Cabinets (PWC)
LAXTEC is responsible for the maintenance services of the Potable Water Cabinets (PWC) at the Tom Bradley International Terminal, Terminal 5, and the Remote Gates.
Common Use Contract Oversight
LAXTEC provides management oversight of several airline common use contracts at the Tom Bradley Terminal and Terminal 5. Services include: Wheelchair services, Baggage Porter Services, Skycap Services, Pre-Checkpoint Document Verification Services, Security Services, Default Pier and Baggage Tub Management Services.
Pre-Conditioned Air Systems (PCA)

LAXTEC is responsible for the maintenance services of the Pre-Conditioned Air Systems (PCA) at the Tom Bradley International Terminal, Terminal 5, and the Remote Gates.
Rapid Recharge Stations (RRS)
Rapid Recharge Stations (RRS)
LAXTEC is responsible for the maintenance services of the Rapid Recharge Stations (RRS) at the Tom Bradley International Terminal. RRS allows for the use of electric GSE equipment.
Scale Calibration and Maintenance Services
LAXTEC provides scale calibration and maintenance services to the Tom Bradley International Terminal and Terminal 5
Gate Scheduling Services
LAXTEC provides gate scheduling services at Terminal 5.
Hydrant Fueling System
LAXTEC is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the hydrant fueling systems at Terminal 5 and the West Gates.

LAXTEC is responsible for the maintenance services of the Visual Docking Guidance System at the Tom Bradley International Terminal.
